We are pleased to announce that Greta Bjerkness has been named the newest Shareholder at LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A. Greta has been recognized as a Rising Star by Law & Politics and she is well-deserving of her new position at the Firm. Greta is a member of the Firm’s real estate, eminent domain, and municipal practice groups. She assists both private and government clients in real estate transactions ranging from acquisitions of property to zoning matters. She has extensive eminent domain experience representing governmental agencies in acquiring property for public improvement projects. She also helps the Firm’s municipal clients as they navigate ordinance drafting, contract review, and giving routine legal advice.
