Ending the Employment Relationship ~ We assist you in carefully handling employee discipline and termination issues, including the proper documentation of disciplinary action and the drafting of severance packages, , separation agreements, and releases. We work with you to enforce non-competition (non-compete), non-solicitation, non-disparagement, and confidentiality agreements against former employees, and we will vigorously defend you against claims brought under Title VII, the Minnesota Human Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and any other state or federal employment law.
