Cynthia joined LeVander in 2025. Cynthia concentrates her practice in municipal and government law and real estate. Cynthia has experience advising municipal clients on everyday issues, including land use and zoning, contracts, competitive bidding, licenses and regulations, employment and labor law, data practices, utilities, Open Meeting Law, real estate, and economic development.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Cynthia worked as a city planner in the Twin Cities. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
