Trust Administration

Due to the popularity of revocable “living” trusts, a large percentage of our clients’ assets do not go through the probate process. Although a court process is not involved, there is still significant work to do for a family member appointed as a successor trustee in order to insure that the assets in the trust are managed, preserved, distributed and administered properly.

As with probate administrations, we recognize that being named as a successor trustee after the death of a loved one is never easy. Therefore, we strive to make the trust administration process as efficient and stress-free as possible. We can do as much or as little as you desire and we will work with you to develop a cost-effective, accurate and complete trust administration.
