Scott Lucas is a Shareholder at LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A. with a primary focus in real estate law. He represents clients in both transactions and litigation, including real property sales and leases, eminent domain matters, Torrens proceedings, land use, and title litigation. He also handles breach of contract actions for clients, including commission salesperson disputes and covenant not to compete litigation. And, he works with clients in the formation and governance of business entities, including corporations and limited liability companies. He is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist, and has been designated as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. He serves on the Real Property Council, the Real Property Legislative Committee, and the Land Records Modernization Committee for the Minnesota State Bar Association, and is a frequent speaker and writer on real property issues. He lives in Shorewood, Minnesota with his wife and their four children.
