Greta joined LeVander in 2021 after several years of serving as an Assistant Dakota County Attorney. She became a Shareholder in 2023. Greta concentrates her practice in real estate, specifically in the area of eminent domain where she represents cities and government entities in acquiring property rights for use in public improvement projects. Greta has successfully tried many cases in front of condemnation commissioners and reached favorable outcomes for her clients through mediation. In addition to eminent domain matters, Greta handles Torrens proceedings, real property sales and leases, and land use & zoning matters. She also advises clients on general municipal law matters including data practices, ordinances and code enforcement.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Greta worked in research and development at an international cosmetics company. She then received her law degree at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul.
